Job summary

Speech 101 Therapy Inc is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services in a school-based setting, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and educational success. Responsibilities include evaluations, developing and monitoring IEPs, direct and indirect therapy, documentation, and participation in IEP/eligibility meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required depending on assignment.
• Clinical Fellows Welcome.
• Department of Education certification or educational credentialing, if required by state/district.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and reassessments for students referred for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including therapy notes, progress reports, billing records, Medicaid documentation (if applicable).
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and other school-related meetings as required.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, administrators, and families regarding student progress and communication needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions appropriate to student needs.
• Comply with FERPA and IDEA and other regulations.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
• Follow all School District policies and schedules.
