Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Greeley, CO. This full-time, hybrid position supports Early Childhood learners with mentorship for CFs and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities include speech-language therapy, assessments, IEP goals, collaboration with teachers and families, and documentation across sites. Eligible candidates with CO licensure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services for Early Childhood students.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
