Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Aurora, CO is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based role serving elementary and middle school students. CFs are encouraged to apply, with strong mentorship and collaborative support to help you thrive.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules for the 2026-2027 school year, with pay up to $65 per hour. Benefits include W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare, a 401(k) with company match, licensure/CEU reimbursement, and mileage

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Colorado State SLP license required or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification required or willingness to obtain.
• CFs (Clinical Fellows) encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Document progress and maintain compliance records.
