Ampersand Therapy in Greeley, CO seeks licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based role serving early childhood students. The position is full-time, offers a hybrid schedule, and starts ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year, with mentorship available for Clinical Fellows.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals and therapy plans, collaborate with teachers and families, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Valid Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain one.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• CFs encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services for Early Childhood students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and feeding as appropriate.
• Partner with teachers and families to promote carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
