Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based, on-site role in Castle Rock, CO. This full-time position supports preschool caseloads, with CF mentorship and W-2 employment including liability insurance and benefits.

Eligible candidates include CFs and experienced SLPs, with licensure in Colorado and CDE certification or willingness to obtain. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech-language therapy to preschool caseload.
• Conduct speech and language assessments and write reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Write IEPs and progress reports per district/state guidelines.
• Administer evaluations for eligibility for services.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support communication.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans.
