Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time, school-based position in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role supports elementary students with speech and language services, with mentorship for CFs and a competitive W-2 package.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in an elementary school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
