Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking a Scheduling Project Coordinator within the Timekeeping & Scheduling Replacement (TSR) Project. You will identify and implement process improvements to prepare Patient Flow Capacity Management and Inpatient units for transition to UKG Pro Workforce Management.

As a liaison between the Inpatient units and TSR project team, you will collaborate with the Project Manager and Organizational Change Management Lead to elevate nursing issues, drive cleanup efforts, and

Qualifications

Nine (9) years of related experience, education/training or a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of related experience/training.
Advanced knowledge of organizational development theories and models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project planning and implementation skills.
Excellent facilitation, consulting and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and system governance.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scheduling Project Coordinator in TSR project.
