Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking a Scheduling Project Coordinator to support the TSR project. This role will identify process improvements to prepare patient flow capacity management and inpatient units for transition to UKG Pro Workforce Management, coordinating with the TSR project team.

You will work in a hybrid arrangement at Greenwich Drive, San Diego, with remote options, collaborating with the Project Manager and OCM Lead to elevate nursing issues, drive cleanup efforts, and ensure

Qualifications

• Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree plus five years in project management or system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development theories and models.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating and coaching across levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scheduling Project Coordinator in the TSR project and identify process improvements.
• Prepare Patient Flow Capacity Management and inpatient units for UKG Pro migration.
• Liaison between inpatient units and TSR project team; collaborate with PM and OCM lead.
• Elevate nursing issues and drive cleanup efforts.
