Job summary

University of California - San Diego Medical Centers is seeking a Scheduling Project Coordinator for the Timekeeping & Scheduling Replacement (TSR) Project. You will identify process improvements to prepare patient flow capacity management and inpatient units for transition to UKG Pro Workforce Management, acting as a liaison between inpatient units and the TSR project team.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and the Organizational Change Management Lead to elevate nursing issues,

Qualifications

Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree in related area plus five years of related experience/training.
Advanced knowledge of organizational development and effectiveness theories.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project planning and implementation skills.
Facilitation, consulting and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Consulting to managers and groups at all levels.
Ability to coach, facilitate and influence across levels.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement process improvements to prepare Patient Flow Capacity Management and Inpatient units for transition to UKG Pro Workforce Management.
