Job summary

Duke Health is seeking a Project Manager (Strategic Services Associate) to lead the QGenda Enterprise Initiative across the Duke University Health System. You will support department implementations, optimize workflows, and develop reports and dashboards for provider scheduling and capacity management.

The role collaborates with clinical departments, DHTS, and vendors to improve scheduling efficiency, workforce analytics, and capacity planning, while guiding adoption of standardized practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, information systems, or related field required.
• Master's degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related field) preferred.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare operations, performance improvement, business operations, analytics, project coordination, or related experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations and workforce management systems.
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary projects and coordinate diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental implementation and optimization of QGenda modules and scheduling workflows.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and distribute dashboards and performance metrics for scheduling and capacity management.
• Lead interdisciplinary operational improvement initiatives related to scheduling and workforce planning.
• Coordinate training and stakeholder communication to promote adoption of standardized practices.
