Job summary

Eyas Landing in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Scheduling Lead / Supervisor to guide scheduling operations, intake, insurance verification, and administrative workflows. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, healthcare administration know-how, and a focus on client service.

You will oversee daily tasks, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments, with 2-3 onsite days weekly, and no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/business management or medical scheduling/billing experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Internal candidates must be Eyas Landing or Blue Bird Day employees for a minimum of 1 year.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift at least 35 lbs and sit/stand as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership for scheduling, intake, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling, referral intake, insurance verification, claims submission, and more.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, payer requirements, and state and federal regulations.
• Provide onsite support 2-3 days per week.
• Cross-department collaboration to improve workflows, service quality, and operational efficiency.
