BrightStar Care in Downtown Chicago is seeking an energetic Scheduling Lead to manage field staff scheduling, coordinate with clients and families, and ensure high quality home care services.
This full-time role requires at least 2 years in healthcare office scheduling, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a small team. Hybrid work is available after training, with weekly in-office presence near downtown.
$50,000 Annually
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm OR 8:30am-5pm
We are a 24/7 Business. On-Call Phone and Scheduling Management is rotated between office staff weekly.
Preferred experience in home care scheduling, minimum 2 years of healthcare office experience required. Some leadership experience required.
After training, a hybrid work option may be available. Weekly in-office work is required for this position, so you must live within a commutable distance to downtown Chicago.
