Job summary

Accurate Private Care is seeking a dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team, coordinating caregiver schedules, responding to staffing needs, and maintaining clear communication with clients, caregivers, and internal staff. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly in a fast-paced home care environment, and remain calm and professional.

• Dependable, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Schedule hourly and live-in shifts for clients from the APC caregivers pool.
• Ensure the caregiver has the appropriate skillset for each client.
• Provide backup coverage to maintain uninterrupted services; manage illness, vacation, or leaves.
• Enter schedule times and rates in the payroll/billing database.
• Communicate schedules via written confirmations to clients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with Case Managers on caregiver schedules and time-off requests.
• Assist in onboarding and keep caregivers informed on clocking in/out procedures.
• Minimize overtime and maximize staff availability to meet client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and caregiver information.
