Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Client Care Coordinator/Scheduler. In this hybrid role, you will oversee caregivers, manage schedules, coordinate client care, perform client assessments, develop care plans, starts of care, call-offs, and handle some office tasks.

You will work with the office team to match caregivers with clients, mentor with compassion, and ensure high-quality care. The position requires strong organization, a people-first attitude, and commitment to service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of home care or client management experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance required.
• CNA or HCA certification currently active.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule caregivers with clients to match skills and needs.
• Communicate scheduling updates with families and team.
• Monitor staffing statistics to maximize client hours and reduce overtime.
• Maintain accurate pay rates, billing codes, and shifts in WellSky.
• Conduct supervisory visits and coach caregivers as needed.
• Create and update individualized care plans and conduct client assessments.
• Travel within Bellevue/Redmond/Kirkland area as needed.
