Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of scheduling or related experience in home care preferred.
• Experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff home care cases by matching clients with caregivers based on care plans and availability.
• Create and modify schedules in scheduling software accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with clients and caregivers weekly about service satisfaction and needs.
• Identify opportunities to serve new clients using professional customer service techniques.
• Participate in staff meetings with Supervisor and office staff.
• Perform light clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
