Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with related analytical experience; or higher.
• Experience in business analysis, project management and system troubleshooting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Academic Scheduling Business Process Lead: optimize system-wide scheduling and final exam batch scheduling; analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Lead workflow for class schedule production; maintain PeopleSoft Schedule of Classes and 25Live processes; guide junior staff.
• Document related business processes and requirements; communicate with users and campuses; present at user sessions.
• Scheduling System Support: maintain 25Live database, security, and upgrades; act as second-tier help-line support.
• Report Development: build and secure reports; run ad hoc queries using PeopleSoft, Data Warehouse, 25Live; evaluate analytics tools.
