Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking an Associate Registrar to lead Academic Scheduling on the Bloomington campus. The role guides full lifecycle scheduling, publishes class and exam calendars, and ensures data integrity across systems with campus partners.

You will supervise staff, manage process improvements, and collaborate with Registrar, UITS, and space planning teams to support instructional needs and student success. Hybrid work is available with strong policy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years in student services or registrar-related field.
• Experience with computerized student records systems preferred.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Hybrid work arrangement experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle, including publication of class and exam schedules.
• Lead scheduling systems design and data integrity with campus partners.
• Direct and supervise registrar staff and ensure performance development.
• Coordinate policy updates and process improvements for scheduling operations.
• Represent Registrar in campus initiatives and cross-unit collaborations.
• Monitor space utilization and reporting to inform planning decisions.
