You will align schedules with registration deadlines, manage data accuracy, and coordinate catalog-to-schedule synchronization for both undergraduate and graduate programs.

Responsibilities span analytics-driven capacity planning, workflow optimization, and payroll/adjunct processing in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in academic administration or related field.
• Experience with SIS systems (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions).
• Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with Asana/Trello/Smartsheet.
• Strong data accuracy and records management for curriculum and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead the academic scheduling cycle and ensure schedules align with registration deadlines.
• Guarantee data integrity for course attributes, requirement groups, and student groups within PeopleSoft and CourseDog.
• Coordinate synchronization between the academic catalog and live schedule; verify prerequisites before registration.
• Maintain Asana environment to connect deadlines with team tasks and reduce delays.
• Oversee instructional spaces transitions to ensure a smooth start-of-term experience.
