Job summary

CTG seeks an experienced SAP SD Order Management Specialist for a Hercules, CA hybrid remote contract. You will provide Level 2/3 functional support, configure SAP SD, and collaborate across SAP modules to ensure seamless order processing from order entry to billing.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end testing (unit, SIT, UAT) with emphasis on SAP integrations and SOX compliance. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP SD functional consulting, configuration, and production support.
• Experience in full-lifecycle SAP implementations and complex integration scenarios.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 SAP SD Order Management support, resolving incidents within SLAs.
• Configure and enhance SAP SD order management functionality and integration points.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and translate needs into functional specs and SAP solutions.
• Lead SAP SD Order Management initiatives, including design, cutover planning, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pricing, MM, LE, FI-AR, EDI/IDoc) to resolve integration issues.
• Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes and SOX controls.
