Job summary

Shiv Software Experts seeks an experienced SAP SD Order Management Specialist to deliver functional support and end-to-end OTC optimization in an SAP environment. You will configure SAP SD components, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of SAP SD consulting, strong integration knowledge with pricing and MM, and a track record of ITIL-aligned incident management and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years SAP SD functional consulting experience focusing on Order Management.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes (order to cash).
• Experience with SAP SD integration with Pricing, MM, LE, FI-AR.
• Experience supporting EDI/IDoc-based order processing and interface troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 SAP SD Order Management support via JSM with timely SLA adherence.
• Configure SAP SD order management: document types, item categories, ATP checks, credit checks, output determination.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions and perform fit-gap analyses.
• Lead testing activities (unit, SIT, regression) and support UAT.
• Serve as SAP SD led on projects, including design, build, cutover, and hypercare.
• Coordinate with Pricing, MM, LE, FI-AR, and EDI/IDoc teams to resolve integrations.
