Job summary

COVET IT INC is seeking an experienced SAP SD Order Management Specialist (OTC) for a long-term contract in California. You will provide functional support, configuration, and continuous improvements across end-to-end OTC processes in SAP.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SAP SD experience, strong integration knowledge with Pricing, MM, LE, FI-AR, and EDI/IDoc, and a proven ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and IT partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IS/CS/Business/SCM or related.
• 10+ years SAP SD functional consulting, support, and configuration.
• Strong OTC end-to-end process knowledge (OTC: Order to Cash).
• Hands-on SAP SD configuration experience (sales doc types, item categories, ATP).
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 SAP SD Order Management support via JSM within SLAs.
• Configure SAP SD order management functions (doc types, categories, ATP, credit).
• Gather requirements and translate into functional specs and SAP solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Lead SAP SD enhancements through design, config, testing, and hypercare.
• Develop SIT, UAT, and regression test scenarios and scripts.
• Collaborate with SAP Pricing, MM, LE, FI-AR, and EDI/IDoc teams.
• Maintain SOPs, config docs, and user guides.
• Ensure ITIL incident, problem, and change control adherence.
