Job summary

ZipStaff Inc. is seeking a senior SAP SD Lead Consultant to drive Order-to-Cash process transformation for a global technology services client.

You will design, configure, and optimize sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and master data while coordinating with MM, FI, PP, and warehouse teams. The role requires 12–15 years in SAP SD with ECC experience, strong OTC knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional sessions.

Qualifications

12–15 years of SAP SD experience.
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes.
Experience in SAP ECC implementation and support.
Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work hybrid/on-site in Reno, NV.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP SD solution design and implementation.
Configure and support sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, ATP, and customer master data.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Drive integration with MM, FI, PP, and warehouse functions.
Support testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Optimize OTC processes and improve operational efficiency.
Support S/4HANA readiness and migration initiatives.
