Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking an SAP Business Process Owner to own the Order-to-Cash processes across SAP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM). The role blends business analysis with system optimization, requiring collaboration with stakeholders and SAP developers.

This hybrid on-site/work-from-home position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Operations and requires 10+ years of SAP experience and a bachelor’s degree. Salary ranges from $100,500 to $160,800 per year and is bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management
• Knowledge or experience in SFDC application
• Strong analytical skills with end-to-end Order to cash knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and influence stakeholders
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in SAP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and related apps.
• Gather requirements from internal customers and translate to SAP solutions.
• Improve subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support in Order-to-Cash areas (warranty, field service, planning, manufacturing, sales & distribution).
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with team to solve business problems.
• Escalate issues to SAP regional center of excellence and global support to resolve bugs.
• Document workflows and develop training materials.
