ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across SAP modules (SD, MM, CS, and Contract Management). The role is hybrid on-site and remote within the United States, including Florida, with collaboration across global teams.

You will gather requirements, drive process improvements, support users, and coordinate SAP upgrades while partnering with regional centers of excellence and external consultants to prevent disruptions.

Formación

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.
• Proficient in SAP modules: SD, MM, CS and Contract Management.
• Knowledge of SFDC application.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding end-to-end Order to cash and contract management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end as SAP Business Process Owner.
• Gather business and system requirements; collaborate with SAP developers.
• Drive improvements in subscription and contract management across SAP, SFDC and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for Order-to-Cash processes including warranty and field service.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with SAP regional center of excellence and external consultants.
• Identify strategies to prevent service disruption and assist with SAP upgrades.
• Document current and future state processes and develop training manuals.
