ABB in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Owner to lead the Order-to-Cash function end-to-end. This role owns process development, implementation, and optimization across SAP modules, working with stakeholders and technical teams to drive continuous improvement.

The position offers a hybrid work model (on-site in NY with work-from-home flexibility) and opportunities to become the go-to expert for enterprise system solutions while collaborating with regional centers

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years as SAP analyst or business process owner.
• Strong stakeholder influence and communication.
• English proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Own Order-to-Cash processes in SAP and related apps.
• Gather requirements and work with SAP developers to implement solutions.
• Improve subscription and contract management in SAP, SFDC, and e-commerce tools.
• Provide end-user support for O2C functions (warranty, field service, planning, sales & distribution).
• Escalate issues to SAP COE and external consultants.
• Document current and future processes and develop training materials.
