Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce architecture experience (Sales, Service, CRM Analytics, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I and II.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Translates requirements into Salesforce-based solutions and integrations.
• Acts as the primary Salesforce technical expert providing design direction.
• Designs and documents scalable Salesforce solutions and architectures.
• Develops end-to-end Salesforce implementations and data integrations.
• Establishes platform governance and guides code reviews and testing.
• Oversees CI/CD pipelines and deployments across environments.
• Ensures compliance with educational regulations and data security.
