Job summary

GoodHabitz is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect to own platform health, governance, and integration across the enterprise. You will review code, unblock complex work, and shape engineering practices while aligning with business objectives.

You will lead delivery operations, design integrations with marketing automation, ERP, HR, and leverage AI/Agent capabilities. Mentoring engineers and communicating architecture to non-technical stakeholders are key.

Qualifications

• H hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC and Flow including async processing, batch jobs, triggers and complex component composition.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, SOQL optimisation and large data volumes.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns: REST APIs, event streaming, middleware.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tooling — Git strategy, scratch orgs, deployment automation.
• Comfortable communicating architecture clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leading design reviews.
• Experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, design critiques and pairing sessions.
• Familiarity with Account Engagement and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and Administrator certifications required; other architecture certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Own platform health. Take ownership of the technical health, design and governance of the Salesforce platform.
• Set standards. Define and enforce coding standards, AI coding practices and governor limit strategies.
• Lead delivery operations. Lead release management, sandbox strategy and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Design integrations. Oversee how Salesforce connects into the broader enterprise landscape using API-led connectivity.
• Drive innovation. Assess and champion adoption of new Salesforce features and AI capabilities.
• Review and elevate. Lead design reviews and RFCs and run code reviews to raise the team's ceiling.
• Mentor and coach. Support engineers on solution trade-offs, scalability and observability.
• Bridge business and engineering. Translate business requirements into technical briefs and align stakeholders.
