Job summary

Collectors is seeking a CRM Platform Tech Lead to own the technical strategy and roadmap for our Salesforce instance. The role partners with business stakeholders, leads a team of consultants, and ensures scalable, well-architected solutions. Remote/hybrid options are available with periodic office visits.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Systems and work from Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ, with onsite or hybrid preferences. Strong technical chops and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce and customer experience stack.
• 2+ years in people management or team lead capacity.
• End-to-end Salesforce development projects from requirements through deployment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience managing external consultants is a plus.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Technical ownership: Salesforce architecture, configuration, and data model.
• Lead development initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Manage a team of consultants and developers.
• Build and maintain a Salesforce roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Governance: release processes and technical debt management.
• Oversee external implementation partners.
• Collaborate with ERP, IT, and Data teams.
