Job summary

PowerPlan, Inc. seeks a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and IT, owning requirements for Salesforce and integrated-system enhancements across Sales, Support, Operations, Client Services, Product, and Marketing.

You’ll meet stakeholders, translate requests into clear requirements, and guide feasibility, scope, and impact before delivery. You’ll provide second-tier Salesforce and integrated app support, with depth in configuration rather than pure ticketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience as a business systems analyst or related role.
• Strong requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and back-end configuration.
• Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or Jira is a plus.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements gathering and drive enhancement delivery from intake to deployment.
• Provide second-tier Salesforce and integrated applications support.
• Partner with Salesforce developers to size, scope and validate requests.
• Develop test scripts and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support integrations with Concur and Certinia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across legal, finance, sales, marketing, and support.
