Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Analyst/Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports.
• Experience with analytics/BI tools, preferably Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to understand processes, data needs, and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements docs aligned with Salesforce standards and governance.
