Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with core platform concepts and testing.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process docs.
• Experience planning and executing user acceptance testing and go-live support.
• Strong communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Requirements & process analysis — facilitate discovery, elicit and prioritize business requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Salesforce ownership — administer Salesforce Service Cloud and design solutions with flows, objects, reports, and dashboards.
• Process improvement — map current-state processes and propose practical improvements.
• Testing & quality — write test plans, coordinate UAT, ensure live-ready solutions.
• Change management & adoption — train end users and drive rollout stabilization.
• Cross-platform projects — support ERP, EDI, warehouse, and reporting initiatives.
• Backlog & documentation — manage enhancements and keep docs current.

Skills

Education

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator certification

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
