Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Learning & Development Partner – Sales Training & Enablement to support customer-facing commercial teams. You will execute key learning initiatives, consult with managers and SMEs on capability needs, support onboarding and training programs, and help improve the effectiveness of commercial training solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR, Learning & Development, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, sales enablement, onboarding, or a related field.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing or customer‑facing teams in regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify onboarding, training, and performance needs with sales leaders.
• Deliver and manage sales training and enablement programs.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and learner paths.
• Track learner progress via LMS and related tools.
• Develop training materials with SMEs.
• Measure training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Lead learning projects including planning and evaluation.
