Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, acting as a critical liaison between customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt to invoicing.

You will process orders, verify details, leverage Xvantage and other systems, coordinate with vendors, and monitor orders to meet service levels while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in order management, order processing, or related operational role.
• Experience processing purchase orders and managing customer orders in high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with ERP, order management, CRM, or distribution platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately within service-level agreements.
• Submit orders within required timelines, including same-day processing when applicable.
• Review orders for completeness, validating customer information, product specs, pricing, and documentation.
• Use Xvantage and internal systems to place, track, and manage orders through fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendors on inventory, order status, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor open orders, follow up on exceptions, delays, backorders, and fulfillment issues.
• Communicate delivery options to customers and manage shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics, and other teams to resolve inquiries.
• Ensure orders are invoiced accurately after fulfillment and confirmation.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer experience.
