Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of customer service, customer experience, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal channels.
• Provide prompt support on orders, shipments, returns, and account questions.
• Track order status and shipping issues; update customer records accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and support to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Document customer interactions and identify trends to drive process improvements.
