Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal support channels.
• Provide prompt and professional support regarding orders, shipments, returns, and general account questions.
• Track and research order status, delivery updates, and shipment issues.
• Route customers to appropriate departments including sales, technical support, billing, or other internal teams.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in company systems.
• Utilize internal databases and tools to research and resolve customer inquiries.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and trends to support continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support team objectives.
