Job summary

Ingram Micro in Florida is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to ensure accurate, timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with sales, vendors and internal teams to drive the end-to-end order lifecycle.

You will manage orders through Xvantage and ERP, review details, track shipments, and help resolve issues while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a hybrid schedule with strong benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in order management, order processing, or sales support roles.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and high-volume processing.
• Excellent written and verbal English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately within SLA and timelines.
• Enter and submit orders, including same-day processing when needed.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy of details.
• Use Xvantage and internal systems to track orders through fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendors on inventory, shipments, and delivery needs.
• Monitor orders, resolve exceptions, delays, and backorders.
• Communicate delivery options and status to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and logistics to address inquiries.
• Ensure correct invoicing after fulfillment and confirmation.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
