Ingram Micro Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.

This role acts as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the end-to-end order lifecycle. You will use Xvantage and other internal systems, review orders for completeness, coordinate with vendors on inventory and shipping, and help resolve inquiries while delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in order management, order processing, or related operations.
• Experience in high-volume order processing workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and purchase orders accurately within SLAs.
• Enter and submit orders within required timelines, including same-day processing.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy, including pricing and documentation.
• Utilize Xvantage and internal systems to track and manage orders.
• Coordinate with vendors on inventory, shipping, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on delays, backorders, or issues.
• Communicate delivery options to customers and support shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics to resolve inquiries.
• Ensure accurate invoicing after fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management efficiency.
• Deliver high level of service while managing multiple priorities.
