Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales support or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Canva, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for the sales team.
• Prepare business materials, presentations, and marketing assets.
• Support regional meetings, food shows, and special events.
• Assist with office operations, visitor greeting, and conference room scheduling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Management and other departments on projects.
