Aston Carter is seeking a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to assist both marketing and sales teams from Hunt Valley, MD. The role reports to the Regional VP of Sales and the Head of Marketing, balancing outreach with precise CRM data upkeep.

Responsibilities include lead research, data preparation in Excel for CRM uploads, and maintaining accurate prospect information in the CRM. This is a full-time, hybrid role with on-site days in Hunt Valley and remote work part of the week.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and CONCATENATE functions.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and articulate verbal communication style.
• Ability to self-start, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

• Proactively initiate contact with decision-makers to introduce products and services.
• Execute online research to segment, search, and identify new and targeted leads.
• Aggregate and prepare all prospect data in Microsoft Excel for CRM uploading.
• Enter, update, and maintain all prospect data and leads in the CRM with detailed and accurate information.
