Job summary

The Affinity Group is seeking an organized support professional to provide continuous service to manufacturers, customers, and personnel in Affinity Northeast Region. You will set up and process Distributor & Manufacturer Programs, Sales Reporting, and Cost Changes, while navigating multiple system platforms.

Hybrid work option available. Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience in the Regional System experience is extremely advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Represent Affinity in an ethical and professional manner.
• Provide favorable, continuous trade management support and answer requests using provided tools.
• Support all sales efforts and assist Client Manager and Account Executives.
• Complete and submit program and pricing requests; set up and distribute programs.
