Jones Networking in Sterling, VA is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join the Sales Support Department. The role provides direct support to the Sales Teams, Directors and VP of Sales in a hybrid remote setting.

Bachelor's Degree required; training provided for graduates. Responsibilities include price list management, spec sheet prep, ERP submissions, and preparing sales review reports while maintaining KPI dashboards and customer data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; training possible for a college graduate.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales reporting and with commissions/rebates is a plus.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain and review price lists on established pricing structures.
• Prepare and develop specification sheets.
• Process client forms for new and existing customers and vendors in support of the sales process.
• Submit sample, first batch, R&D and pricing requests into the ERP system to prepare required documentation during the sales life cycle.
• Assist in preparation of period and quarter sales review presentation reports for sales team members.
• Update and maintain customer reports, sales forecast, and sales KPI reports for assigned sales channels.
• Work closely with Sales Directors and VPs to meet customer needs.
• Assist with special projects and research to support the sales team.
