• Per employer, the work schedule for this role will include a Saturday and a Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives by managing inbound and outbound customer interactions related to scheduling, order status, and account inquiries.
• Process and track new service orders from initial sale through successful installation, ensuring accuracy in billing and customer records.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, serviceability conflicts, appointment issues, and mapping or pin inaccuracies in coordination with field teams.
• Assist in managing and updating the CRM system to maintain accurate lead and customer data.
• Conduct follow-up calls and communications with customers to confirm appointments, address concerns, and reduce cancellations and pre-install fallout.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Manager to identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support compliance with sales documentation procedures and data accuracy protocols.
• Assist with system transitions, software implementations, or integrations affecting sales operations as needed.
• Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales team as directed.
