Job summary

Moog in Christiansburg, VA is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team with CRM data, contracts, and order processing. This hybrid role reports to the Sales Operations/Administration Manager and combines office work with some remote flexibility.

You’ll load quotes, enter contracts in SAP, handle domestic and international inquiries, coordinate with production schedules, and prepare reports. A degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Three years of relevant experience required.
• Attention to detail and high organization is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and set goals.

Responsibilities

• Research quotes to finalize and load on CRM.
• Edit and enter contracts / orders into SAP.
• Manage daily incoming account inquiries for domestic and international customers.
• Coordinate with schedule/production to organize customer requirements.
• Prepare data and reports for internal and external submissions.
• Provide status updates to customers on ship status and participate in status calls.
• Support sales goals and collaborate with field sales and primary customers.
• Learn to apply contract requirements and product applications for commercial markets.
