Job summary

PPM is hiring a Sales Support Administrator for its Long Beach HQ to support the Sales & Marketing team. The role focuses on customer service, precise data entry into our CRM, and ensuring client requests are handled quickly and accurately.

You will work with the Sales Leadership, learn the As-Built production process, and guide clients through next steps while maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent communication
• Previous B2B, technical, or AEC industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to inbound client and team phone calls professionally and timely
• Enter new project information and client details into our CRM accurately
• Review project information for accuracy and completeness
• Make updates and corrections to project records as needed
• Provide general client support and route requests to the appropriate team member
• Collaborate daily with the Sales and Marketing team to keep communications smooth
• Become familiar with PPM’s As Built workflow to discuss scopes, processes, and timelines with clients
