Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to assist the asset management sales team with new business development. You will work closely with business development officers to pre-position for opportunities, prepare compelling materials, and coordinate post-procurement follow-up.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, effective communication, and strong teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1–2 years in sales/finance/analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales/finance/analytics related role.

Responsibilities

• Supports BDO in identifying new business opportunities.
• Holds ongoing discussions related to sales pipelines.
• Prepares materials for meetings.
• With BDO, determines differentiators, deal team, internal support resources needed.
• Leads preparation of the finals interview presentation and follow-up items, including deal team presentation prep calls.
• Leads follow-up and debrief calls with the deal team and leadership.
• Performs other sales enablement deliverables as assigned.
