You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure accurate CRM/ERP data and actionable insights for leadership. The ideal candidate thrives on detail, maintains strong analytical skills, and balances data work with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of Sales Operations or relevant experience required.
• Experience with ERP/CRM software; HubSpot highly desirable.
• Flavor House, Food & Beverage or related industry experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills; strong Excel abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as interface between sales and operations to ensure smooth order entry and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with operations on inventory and fulfillment to meet commitments.
• Partner with sales leadership and high-value customers on operational needs.
• Provide weekly sales reports and analyze data to forecast and improve performance.
• Manage and redesign CRM functionality to increase user adoption.
• Work cross-functionally to address customer needs and opportunities.
