Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain customer demand, including firm orders and forecasts.
• Release purchase orders to factory and manage factory backlog with changes.
• Handle credits with explanations and corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory, reduce excess or slow-moving stock.
• Communicate price discrepancies, backlog errors, and order status updates.
• Meet KPIs for assigned accounts and use Excel/web-tools for exception tracking.
• Support customer satisfaction and minimize operational risk.
