Murata Electronics is seeking a Sales Operations Administration Analyst to provide training and system support across Sales Operations and related functions. You will maintain data integrity, assist with order and inventory processes, and drive process improvements using information systems and BPM collaboration.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, with hybrid work options from multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of data analysis and data integrity work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptable to changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical skills for diagnosing problems in systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and follow-up training to Sales and Sales Operations teams.
• Maintain data integrity for systems and support order management tools.
• Define standard service model profiles for order and inventory management.
• Support process improvements using systems and information technology.
• Analyze problems, propose solutions, and track resolution status.
• Assist with policy updates and process redesign initiatives.
• Interface with BPM team for process and system improvements.
• Support SOPS with design, development and implementation of new applications.
• Prepare monthly data reports and related analyses.
