Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or operations support.
• Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Complex formulas, Graphs, Macros, data validation and conditional formatting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and automate operational and client reporting including reports, dashboards, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance audits, and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for business decisions.
