High Country Search Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its expanding Data & Analytics team. The role focuses on solving complex business problems with data, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to translate challenges into actionable analytical solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong SQL, Python/R, and Looker skills, plus familiarity with AI-enabled analytics. This is a hybrid onsite/remote role with potential for full remote if out of state.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytical roles such as Senior Data Analyst or Lead Data Analyst.
• Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate problems into analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience using Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards in Looker.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define analytical requirements.
• Translate business questions into measurable hypotheses and analyses.
• Lead analytics projects from scoping to presenting findings.
